Reduced Lead Times on Conveyors with V-Guide and Cleated Belts

Posted by Chris Thompson on Sep 21, 2016 9:30:00 AM

We're excited to announce that conveyors using our V-Guide and Cleated Belts now have significantly reduced lead times!

Automation Series Conveyors with V-Guide belts using any of our seven Quick Ship belt materials now carry a seven day lead time. V-Guides are ideal for applications that involve side loading/exiting or applications that benefit from additional methods for keeping the belt centered on the conveyor.

Conveyors with our standard cleated belts, using either an MAA or MAE base material, now carry a seven day lead time as well. The cleats are available in heights of 5mm, 1/2", 1", 2", and 3" and help with maintaining forward motion when the conveyor is on an incline or with products that may roll. This applies to 125 Conveyors and Automation Series Conveyors.

HydroClean Conveyors now BISSC Certified

Posted by Chris Thompson on Apr 14, 2015 9:01:05 AM

Our HydroClean Sanitary Conveyors are now BISSC Certified! This means they meet the sanitation standards of the baking industry. It also shows our commitment to making HydroClean conveyors easy to clean and free of areas where bacteria could accumulate.

BISSC is the Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee, which publishes voluntary standards for the design and construction of bakery equipment. They’re recognized as the definitive sanitation standards for equipment used in the baking industry.

To meet BISSC requirements, HydroClean conveyors must use either a sealed edge (MVB) or totally encapsulated (KVA or KVB) belt.
